
London, UK, 03/16/2010 — Text 100 is elevating the role of client campaign innovation through the creation of a new Executive Leadership Team role – Director, Campaign Innovation - and Sarah Howe is being promoted to the position.
Sarah, who is based in London, will be accountable for infusing Text 100’s client work with greater innovation globally, driving richer client satisfaction and growing existing clients either geographically or in terms of Practices.
Sarah has more than 20 years of international consulting experience - across corporate, consumer and business audiences - with C-suite clients. She brings to her new role a breadth and depth of experience with many major brands including Microsoft, Nokia, Sony, Dell, Canon, IBM, Skype, SanDisk, Royal & Sun Alliance, NXP and TOTAL, as well as varied work with organizations including the UK Government, One Water and various NGOs and charities.
Sarah has held senior management positions within Next Fifteen Group companies since 1994. Sarah will retain her strategic advisory role on her portfolio of global clients but transition her responsibility for leading the global CSR practice to Text 100’s Global Consultancy Director, Ava Lawler.

Sarah has 20 years of consultancy experience across a broad range of industry sectors and has been based as a communications consultant in North America and Asia, as well as the UK and Europe. She has worked with the Next Fifteen Communications Group in various senior management roles since 1994. Prior to joining the Group, she worked with IBM and two other leading London PR consultancies. She re-joined Text 100 in April 2007 (from a Next Fifteen sister agency where she was Managing Director) to spear-head the consultancy’s offering in CSR, corporate and consumer communications, as well as to consult with global clients.
During her career, Sarah has advised major international corporations such as IBM, Canon, Sony, Dell, Microsoft, Nokia, Skype, NXP and Xerox at local and international levels. Sarah has broad corporate and consumer advisory skills and has also worked with clients including: The Department for Education & Skills (DfES), The Central Office of Information (COI), TOTAL, More Th>n Business (Royal & Sun Alliance), The Commonwealth Bank, Orange, Whirlpool and One Water (Global Ethics).
Sarah works closely with executive, international client teams and counsels them on broad communications requirements such as brand and crisis communications, corporate communications planning and stakeholder campaigns, messaging and story-lining and CSR. She is a founder member of the Superbrands Corporate Responsibility Advisory Council in the UK.
Sarah became Director, Campaign Innovation in March 2010. In this role she is accountable for infusing Text 100’s client work with greater innovation globally, driving richer client satisfaction and growing existing clients either geographically or in terms of Practices.
